LANGUAGE

On the day of the Conference, works can be presented either in Italian or English language,  which will be simultaneously translated into French, Spanish, Italian or English.

The pre-conference workshop (10th NOVEMBER) will have a consecutive translation in Italian/English or English/Italian.

 

THE CONFERENCE IS OPEN TO:

- Psychotherapists, Psychiatrists, Psychologists, General Practitioners, Social Workers, Psychology or Medicine Students, Students following a School of Specialization.

- Only the last day is open to all the professionals.

 

CONGRESS FEES

Registration fee includes the entrance to the Scientific Sessions and Exhibition area, congress bags, personal badge and congress documents, the acknowledgment of CME credits (only for Italian participants) - on request -, the certificate of attendance.

Coffee break, Lunch and Dinner are NOT included in the Congress fee.

 

CERTIFICATES

Certificates of attendance will be available at the Registration Desk at the end of each day (for participants attending only one day) or on Sunday, 14th November (for the participants attending all the Conference) and will be hand only after verifying the real attendance at the Conference activities.

 

BADGES

All participants, accompanying persons and exhibitors are kindly requested to wear their Congress badges, in order to be admitted to the lecture halls and other scheduled activities.

 

LIABILITIES AND INSURANCE

The Organizer is not responsible for injuries or damages of personal properties during the Congress.

 

ACCOMODATION

Information regarding the accommodation and booking can be found in the Conference website. Free shuttle service is available, from listed hotels to the Conference venue and back to the hotels. Please notify your request while booking your hotel via on-line booking.

 

SOCIAL ACTIVITIES

All after-dinner activities (musical performances, concerts and live disco) organized on November 10th, 11th, 12th, 13th night are FREE. Entrance after 8 pm.

 

WEATHER

In November the average temperature ranges  from 15°C  (day-time) to 3°C (night-time). Warm and waterproof clothing is recommended.

 

DRESS CODE

Elegant but informal, for all occasion. Formal for the “Gala Dinner”.

HOW TO GET TO CHIANCIANO TERME:

  1. By car: Motorway (A1), stretch Roma-Firenze, exit n° 29 Chiusi-Chianciano Terme.

  2. By train: railway line Firenze-Roma, FS Station in Chiusi-Chianciano Terme.
    Near the train station there is bus service to Chianciano Terme (about 20 minutes), or you can get a Taxi. For further information about the bus timetable, please visit LFI (La Ferroviaria Italiana) website     (www.lfi.it)
  3. By airplane: the nearest airports are in Florence (120 km), in Pisa (200 km), in Roma (210 km) and in Perugia “Sant’Egidio”(80 km).
