Technical Information

• All the faculties and the SPEAKERS:

may check the session, the hour and the day of their own presentation on the website www.bsst.org on the page about Scientific Program.

The faculties and the speakers are requested to contact the Technical Staff at least half an hour before their speech to hand in the PowerPoint file (if foreseen), that will be delivered through USB key or CD.

• Those who had received the approval to their own PRESENTATION:

may check the session, the hour and the day of their own presentation on the website www.bsst.org on the page about Scientific Program.  

The presentation will last 15 minutes. The faculties and the speakers are requested to conclude in 12 minutes in order to leave time for questions from the audience.

Besides it is necessary to confirm the approval of presentation and the name of who will take the presentation, sending an e-mail to .

At least half an hour before the session beginning, please contact the Technical Staff to hand in the PowerPoint file (if foreseen), that will be delivered through USB key or CD.

• Those who had received the approval to their own POSTER:

will confirm their own presentation of the Poster sending an e-mail to .

The poster will be displayed from the day 11^th November from 8:00 am.
